An apparatus for carp rearing comprising a rearing unit 1 with artificial light source 4, a cover shade 5 and a control timer 8 and dimmer 8 for controlling the photoperiod and darkness by increasing and decreasing light intensity respectively in the tank, insulated heating units 6, covered by protector 27 provided with several holes 28 on the body and regulated by head knob 7 for controlling temperature in the water tank wherein the apparatus is enabled to develop gonadal maturity in carps.
