meknes - tafilalet region is regarded as one of the most important agricultural regions of morocco, which promotes the development of the agro food industry. at the national level, the area is 25% of the olive oil industry, nearly a quarter of date production, 40% of national production amandons.these products generate significant quantities of wastes including wet pomace, shells and kernels, seeds, dates. the waste can be recovered as fuel in boiler's granules.from the perspective of the use of biomass and, within the framework of a strategy of sustainable development, the use of photovoltaic solar energy, as well as the flue gases, recovered from the chimney of a boiler by means of a granulate cogeneration system, is carried out in our research team.these renewable energy sources will be used for the operation of the drying of agricultural wastes in general and, in particular, the olive, seeds, dates and almond hulls crushed.certainly, this is the burning of waste in a furnace for the production of granules in hot water, steam or electricity through the use of micro turbines. the invention relates to a pilot plant for drying of agricultural wastes for hybrid nature (solar and biomass).the unit has recently been designed and implemented is the main claim of this invention. the air drying device used in this product, is at the same time, by an electrical resistance, powered by photovoltaic solar panels, and the recovery of the heat of a boiler through a system of adequate co granules.the device can simultaneously be used as a laboratory for scientific research in an industrial unit and more particularly to the crushing unit (modern or traditional) abundant in the region, where - tafilalet.after the product to be dried (agricultural waste) in the drying chamber, and the operation of the device, the user may determine the water content of the product, drying rate, drying time, the temperature fields in both the product in humid air the energy efficiency and energy of the system.
