The present invention refers to a specimen carrier container integral with a desiccator for Scanning Electron Microscopy samples, which maintains and preserves a diversity of samples in good conditions; also controlling the humidity of the same for its subsequent analysis. The container comprises: a container made of transparent plastic for storing different specimen carriers or sample carriers of Scanning Electron Microscopy; a circular-shaped removable support with a central perforation, a plurality of spikes arranged at both sides of the support, the support also comprising a plurality of perforations arranged in the perimeter thereof; a compartment located in the lower portion of the container for locating desiccating agents isolated in bags and finally including an O-ring hermetic sealing cap, which hermetically seals the container.
