PRIMERS AND PROBES FOR ANALYZING THE ALLELIC DISCRIMINATION OF POLYMORPHISMS IN A SINGLE NUCLEOTIDE OF CYTOCHROMES P450 (CYP) 8A1 RS5602 (67730 TC).
Nowadays, the allelic discrimination by TaqMan probes is a technique widely described in literature. This technique is applied for detecting genetic polymorphisms, which represent different forms in the DNA sequences. The study of these variations has several applications in the medicine field and in the development of biological and evolution researches. The present invention shows the functionality of the design of a couple of primers and a couple of TaqMan probes for analyzing one of the polymorphisms of a single nucleotide rs5602 (67730 TC) in the gene of the cytochromes P450 8A1,respectively in Mexican women suffering and not from breast cancer. The purpose of the invention is that the primers and TaqMan proves designed, for the first time, for the gene of polymorphisms in a single nucleotide rs5602 (67730 TC) of cytochromes P450 8A1, may be used by laboratories requiring an analysis of these polymorphisms for being associated to the development of a pathology or by companies i ntended to design oligonucleotides for the allelic discrimination or genic expression.
