摘要

Process for obtaining extracts rich in steroidal saponins from the residual byproduct of the exploitation of the Agave lechuguilla plant species, for being applied in the formulation of insecticides, bactericides and fungicides used in organic agriculture and creams and shampoos in the cosmetic industry. Innovation in the value chain of a byproduct considered as an agricultural residue with null commercial value. Diversification in the exploitation chain of a natural resource exploited to obtain natural fibers for the manufacture of brushes of high commercial value, by means of increasing its value by identifying a product additional to the original commercial chain of the resource.
