After drawing has begun, the load applied to the plug support bar (4) in the elongation direction is measured by the load measurement unit (61) during a predetermined period from a measurement start time to a measurement end time, and signs of the stick-slip phenomenon are detected by the sign detection unit (62) on the basis of the measured load value.
