Completely disposable cooking apparatus for filling and decorating of foods

A one-piece completely disposable cooking device, adapted to dispense food material therefrom in an easy and yet controlled manner and to then be discarded, the device comprising an elongated envelope 12 having (A) a side wall 10A, (B) a first end 14 for inserting such food material into the envelope, and (C) a distal second end having an integral, discharge orifice 10 made from elastic material, the orifice 10 having an opening through which such food material is discharged from the envelope upon application of external pressure to the side wall, the orifice having (i) an internal wall, (ii) treatment means 34 extending inwardly from the internal wall, that treats such food material as it passes through the orifice upstream of the opening, (iii) an axis running parallel to the flow of such food material through the orifice, and (iv) varying cross sectional dimensions along the length of the axis, the orifice still further including (v) means that permits the orifice to be cut at various points along the length of the axis of the orifice thereby permitting the opening of the orifice to have a desired cross-sectional dimension without interfering with the operation of the treatment means. The treatment means comprises protrusions that (a) extend inwardly from the internal wall in a direction perpendicular to the axis, and (b) run longitudinally in a direction parallel to the axis, either in select sections or along the entire length of the axis.
