ELISA direct kit for detection of psychrophhilum in internal organs of Oncorhynchus mykiss

It refers to an ELISA Kit directly used to determine whether there is scintillator psychrophilum in the organic matter (preferably rinon and spleen) of Oncorhynchus mykiss,These include: (a) pocket containing microcircuits; (b) 1947 NCIB mouse antibodies against flash memory bacteria, which act as enzyme markers and bind to peroxylabano; and (c) a solution containing tetramethylbenzodiazepine (TMB) as the substrate for enzyme HRP operation. It also refers to the method to determine whether there is the scintillating bacteria psychorphilum in rainbow trout with the currently invented ELISA tool package; the method to extract the anti scintillating bacteria psychorphilum NCIMB antibody from mouse serum and its combination with HRP in 1947.
