The object of the invention is a photonic fibre optic beam for the transfer of a beam of radially polarised light having a core (1) favourably located centrally and a photonic plane (2) surrounding the core (1),where the photonic coating (2) contains air-filled nanoholes or nanorods (3),where this lamp has a core nRDZ refraction factor (1) higher than the effective refraction factor of the photon coating neff (2) and the nanohole or nanopole refraction factor (3),and inside the core (1),and preferably in its geometric centre, a nano-inclusion characterised by the fact that the nano-inclusion is filled with a dielectric whose nINC-refraction coefficient is different from the nRDZ-refraction coefficient (1),and which is a dielectric is a glass with a possible addition of metal or metal alloy. The object of the invention is also the stack-and-draw production of such fibre lines.
