The invention relates to a clamp intended to be used in laparoscopic surgery, for achieving prehension of various soft organs inside the abdomen while preventing the risk of traumatization thereof. According to the invention, the clamp comprises some metal prehension jaws (8) which are partially covered by a lining (11) made of a resilient material, having outside a relief made of some protuberances.
