METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF ATOPIC DERMATITIS IN INFANTS WITH LACTASE DEFICIENCY

The method for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in the infants with lactase deficiency includes reduction of lactose content in diet or its complete exclusion and the use of antihistamine drugs. Since the first day of the treatment, Mamalac capsules containing lactase are used at a dose of 1000 U (one third of capsule) per 100 mL of milk. Each feeding is supplemented with 10-15 mL of the expressed breast milk fermented for 5-10 minutes. Such a mixture precedes the breast feeding. The course of treatment is 10 days.
