COMBINED METHOD OF DELIVERY OF ORE AT UNDERGROUND MINING OF STEEPLY DIPPING POWERFUL ORE DEPOSITS

The combined method of delivery of ore at underground mining of steeply dipping powerful ore deposits includes a partition of the ore body at its strike to the individual blocks within the height of the floor, the performance of preparatory workings with division of each height unit on sub-stages and, along strike for several sewage panels, of about the same size, with their alternate working off, starting from the top, through threaded openings at each sub-stage, a drilling with deep wells and the mass collapse of ore in sewage panels. The load-delivery cross cuts that run along the contours of the sewage panel, and drifts of scraping are interconnected with ore passes. Initial delivery of the ore is then carried out on all drifts of scraping simultaneously, from the center to both sides of the sewage panel by multi-bucket scraper installations from each pair of exhaust openings. The number of scrapers of scraper installation corresponds to the number of pairs of outlets, from which the release is carried out. The volumes of scrapers, while starting from the tail, are twice exceeding the previous amount. Unloading is carried out in the ore passes, from which with the help of the dosing means they are transferred into the bucket of self-moving load-delivery machines and by load-delivery cross cuts it is moved to the unloading place directly in vehicles or in major ore pass.
