The method for the correction of insulin resistance in the patients with arterial hypertension with concomitant rheumatoid arthritis includes the identification of the signs of metabolic disorders and the standard therapy with the different groups of the drugs. Additionally, L-arginine aspartate is prescribed in the form of an oral solution.
