The method for preparing protein-containing drug for treatment of trophic ulcers and non-healing wounds provides for the use of the small intestine of animals, mostly sheep, as a raw material. The tissue of the intestine is washed in running water, cut into fragment 2-3 cm in length and washed again, Then the fragments are treated with aqueous solutions of hydrogen peroxide (mass fraction 3 %), (mass fraction 2 %), and acetic acid (mass fraction 3 %), 18-20 min in each solution. The treated fragments are washed with water, dried at 140-150 °C for 50-80 min and crushed to powder.
