A device for monitoring the normal operation and localization of defects in the modern digital electronic devices using time and amplitude of the electromagnetic parameters of the process during the transition process in the power bus, which comprises a data unit, which is connected to the switching unit; switching unit, which is coupled to the unit of decryption and allocating of control commands; and the unit of decryption and allocating of control commands, which is connected to the generator of test operations and power supply; the generator of test operations, which is connected to the connector; a power source which is connected to the connector; connector to which the antenna device is connected; unit of "images" allocation and an amplifier, which is connected to the connector and to the switching unit, according to the invention between the connector and the switching unit there is the bus of output response, and between the amplifier and the switching unit the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is connected. Additionally, the antenna device is applied (AP), which is configured for removing electromagnetic waves which are generated in the operation of OD, namely switching LE from one state to another.
