METHOD FOR TREATING WOUNDS USING LYOPHILIZED XENODERMOGRAFTS CONTAINING SILVER AS ANTIBACTERIAL COMPONENT

The invention relates to the method for treating wounds and including the provisional wound closure using lyophilized xenodermografts containing silver as antibacterial component. Immediately prior to the application of the wound surface, the flaps of lyophilized xenodermografts are treated in 100 mL of 0.1 % AgNO3 solution for 20 minutes, washed in 100 mL of distilled water for 1 minute and then placed in 100 mL of 0.2 % ammonia for 2 minutes, again washed with 100 mL of distilled water for 30 seconds and then immersed in 100 mL of 0.1% solution of ascorbic acid for 5 minutes, washed with 100 mL of distilled water for 4-5 minutes.
