This utility model relates to a baton, that includes a hollow elongated straight shaft having at one end a lighting fixture and the other end with a combination of a lighting fixture and a sound, characterized in that, said shaft is provided with a handle offsetly provided at the middle portion of said shaft to cause it to rotate transversely along its axis, said handle includes a tubular holder having at one end a pivotally connected locking member for the removable connection of said tubular holder to said shaft, a base secured at the rear of said tubular holder, a stud arm with one end secured to said base and the other end secured to a ball, a gripping portion having an inside socket adapted to mate with said ball for its rotational movement and further having an opposed flanges defining opposed concave shaped recesses for conveniently holding the finger of the user.
