A grinding machine tool capable of calibrating the gas flow rate comprises a grinding machine and a calibration valve. The grinding machine comprises an air inlet channel for receiving the entry of a pressurized gas, a driving motor rotatable with an operation speed in a predetermined rotation speed range and a fast speed range, and an adjustment valve disposed on the air inlet channel and adjusting the operating speed of the driving motor to rotate in the predetermined rotation speed range. The calibration valve comprises an adjustment part for adjusting a stroke and a barrier wall operatively coupled to the adjustment part to block the air inlet channel. According to the stroke, the adjustment part determines the extent that the barrier wall blocks the flow rate of the pressurized gas flowing through the calibration valve so that the operation speed of the driving motor is reduced from the fast speed range to the predetermined rotation speed range to thereby overcoming the issue that the rotation speed of the motor is reduced with the gas flow rate slowing down or decreased.
