Cigarette packet (5) structured for allowing the selective extraction of cigarettes contained into its interior, in a way that during such extraction the contact of the persons fingers with the remaining cigarettes contained into the packet is prevented with absolute safety, thereby keeping them in a complete and perfect hygienic condition, whereby the packet has at least an inner box (10) filled up with cigarettes (13) and provided with an upper cover (15) in which an upper through opening (14) is provided, which may be closed by another correspondent upper cover (23), which may be foldable or removable by ripping. Such inner box (10) may co-operate also with a slidable vertical slide (20), supporting at least a cigarette (13), and coinciding with the upper through opening (14), whereby the vertical slide (20) is slidable from a lowered position in which the cigarette cannot be picked up, to a raised position in which the cigarette can be picked up through the upper through opening (14).
