This design is concerned with a biological, building-integrated greywater and industrial wastewater treatment plant in the interior, which is based on a combination of higher levels and microorganisms in the root area. It consists of several elongated plant containers which are attached to each other at different heights on a scaffold. The planters are filled with egg nem inorganic substrate, which may be partially mixed with active or biochar e, and planted with water-resistant plants. The gray or industrial wastewater is introduced from an upstream storage tank in the top plant floor. The water flows meandering at a slight angle and controlled by special overflow devices from a plant floor into the Oanmterliegende. The water in the storage tank and in the Pflanzbehältem is ventilated by floor-mounted trachea or hoses. After the last floor, the purified water flows into a collecting container from which it is available as service water for various purposes in or around the building, such as toilet flushing, plant watering and others.
