a system and method for adsorption effluent direct evaporative leachate from a landfill MSW proposed. The system is installed on a floating raft leachate (BVL) associated with landfill and comprises at least: an evaporation chamber (2) with a bottom portion (20) and a gas outlet (21); a fuel gas burner (3) with a combustion chamber (30) lying submerged within the chamber (2) and an output flue (31) of the next burner to the bottom portion (20) being; a blower (4) fuel gas and a blower (5) feeding combustion air to the burner (3) by a respective fuel gas network (6) and a respective air network (7); and a mesh of floats (8) coupled to the chamber providing buoyancy to the gas outlet (21) exceeds the height of the leached film (CLL) within the raft. The procedure is executed by the system (1) with steps of providing a chamber submerged in the evaporation pond; feeding the burner gas-air mixture one; initiating and maintaining combustion and removal of the flue gas bearing evaporated.
