The strain of Corynebacterium sp. which has a NADP-dependent glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase activity and L-lysine productivity, in which a gene encoding the endogenous glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (gapA) is inactivated and a gene encoding the exogenous NAPD-dependent glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase.
