Dispersion of fine particles of tin doped indium oxide, the dispersion comprising fine particles of tin doped indium oxide, a plasticizer for an intermediate layer film, an organic solvent containing at least one alcohol, and dispersion stabilizers, in which alcohols are the main component of the organic solvent, in which under the conditions of measurement of the concentration of fine particles of doped indium oxide with tin of 0.7% by weight and the optical path length of a cell 1 mm glass, the visible light transmittance is 80% or more, the solar radiation transmittance at a wavelength within a range of from 300 nm to 2100 nm is 3/4 or less of the transmittance of visible light, the turbidity value is 1.0% or less, and the yellow index per reflection is -20 or more and / or the reflection value at 0 degrees between the distribution of light reflected at an angle d and incidence of 45 degrees measured by a goniophotometer is 30 or less under the conditions of measurement of the optical path length of the glass cell of 1 mm; and wherein the dispersion stabilizers comprise at least one selected from the group consisting of compound based on sulfate ester, compound based on phosphate ester, ricinoleic acid, polyhydric acid, polycarboxylic acid, polyhydroxylated alcohol surfactant, poly (alcohol) vinyl) and polyvinylbutyral, and at least one selected from the group consisting of chelate, inorganic acid and organic acid.
