New promoters derived from baculovirus with high activity in expression systems based on baculoviruses

The present invention pertains to the field of biotechnology and includes nucleic acid sequences, including promoters capable of increasing the quality and efficiency of production of recombinant proteins. Specifically, the present invention relates to a nucleic acid sequence suitable to function as a baculovirus promoter comprising: #a. SEQ ID NO .: 1 or its complementary sequence; or # b. a variant of any of the sequences under a) which has at least 70% identity with said sequence.
