An easy-to-open and resealable package (5) comprising: a) a bag (7) comprising i) a first and second side panel (12, 14) each comprising an external and internal surface, a first and second edge side, and a first and second end, the first and second side panels joined along their respective first and second side edges; ii) a first end (15, 16); iii) a second end (34) defined by the second end of the first and second side panels (12, 14) respectively; iv) a panel section (6) comprising an outer and inner surface (66, 67), a first and second lateral edge, and a first and second end, the inner surface comprising an easy-to-open sealant, wherein the first end of the panel section (6) is attached to the second side panel (14), with an easy seal to open the panel section (6) and the second side panel (14) are joined along their respective first and second side edges with an easy-to-open seal, and the panel section (6) is anchored to the first side panel (12); characterized in that the bag further comprises v) a resealing mechanism, disposed between the panel section and the second side panel, comprising (a) a first inter-securing strip (10) comprising a first and second lateral edge, a first and second end, and an interasegurante segment (D) having a base surface (251) and an interasegurante surface (252), the first interasegurante strip anchored to at least one of the panel section (6) and the first side panel (12) in such a way that the interlocking surface (252) faces the inner surface (67) of the panel section (6), and (b) a second interlocking strip (13) comprising a first and second lateral edge, a first and second end, and an interasegurante segment (D) having a base surface (251) and an interasegurante surface (252), the second interasegurante strip (13) anchored to the inner surface (29) of the second lateral panel (12) of such that the surface (252) interasegurante faces the inner surface (67) of the panel section (6); and where when the panel section (6) is displaced, and the package is opened, (a) a product (24) can be accessed between the first and second interasgurant strips (10,13), (b) the surface (252) interasegurante of each of the first and second strips (10, 13) interasegurantes is at least partially exposed, and (c) the package, therefore, can be resealed by folding the package in such a way that the surface (252 ) interasegurante of the first strip (10) interasegurante is interasegurada with the surface (252) interasegurante of the second strip (13) interasegurante; and b) the product arranged in the bag; wherein the package is configured in such a way that (i) the interasegurante surfaces (252) of the first and second interasgurante strips (10, 13) are not exposed until the package is initially opened, (ii) the surfaces (252) interasegurantes of the first and second strips (10, 13) interasegurantes are not interaseguradas with each other until the package is initially opened and then resealed, and (iii) the surface (252) interasegurante of the first strip (10) interasegurante it is farther from the first end of the package than the interasegurante surface (252) of the second interasegurante strip (13).
