The patent proposes placing conductive plates in direct contact with the ground under the foundation slab or beside the walls. Such plates typically have large surface would be prepared from portland cement concrete or aluminate with graphite helps to dramatically increase the electrical conductivity of the plate and drive grounding harmful loads and slow or prevent them from entering the building .
