Inside there are electromagnetic fields produced by the wiring of the network, microwave fields of the wifis, fields produced by terrestrial storms, fields produced by telephone antennas, fields created by active faults near the surface, radiation from the ground materials , etc. that classical electrical lands are not capable of eliminating. The patent proposes the placement of conductive plates in direct contact with the ground and under the foundation slabs or next to the walls. These plates that usually have a large surface would be made of Portland cement or aluminate concrete together with graphite that contributes to drastically increase the electrical conductivity of the plate and drive harmful charges to the ground and stop or prevent their entry into the building .
