Multiplication system yeast and adaptation for the second fermentation in the generation of sparkling wines. # The system is designed for the multiplication of yeast and adaptation ethanol sustained by a bioreactor (1) which is programmed automatically and therein is carried out such multiplication and adaptation to ethanol, pH and temperature to a second fermentation in the circulation cava, champagne and sparkling wine in general. The bioreactor (1) includes a motor agitator blades (6) and a system of temperature control based on a jacket and an electrical resistance, said bioreactor (1) being associated with a mixing tank (2) designed to contain the tirage, including a programmed pump (4) between the bioreactor (1) and mixing tank (2), and a programmable controller with control panel (5) for process automation.
