A stimulation system penile erection, comprising an infusion device (11) adapted for implantation within the patient's body and at least one reservoir (R1, R2) adapted for implantation within the body patient, in fluid connection with the infusion device for supplying the infusion device a substance to be injected into the patient's body, wherein the reservoir comprises at least a first compartment housing, or is adapted to accommodate a first substance and at least a second compartment houses or is adapted to accommodate a second substance, wherein the substance in said at least one second compartment is a drug for stimulating penile erection, wherein said at least a first compartment houses or is adapted to accommodate an infusion liquid and said at least a second compartment houses or is adapted to accommodate said drug to mix with the infusate from the first compartment, wherein the drug contained in said at least one second compartment is in powder form.
