An oligonucleotide that targets a natural antisense transcript of a Down Syndrome Gene for use as a therapeutic compound, where the oligonucleotide modulates the expression of the Down Syndrome Gene and where the natural antisense transcript has the nucleic acid sequence as It is set out in one of SEQ ID NO: 3-6.
