A system of controlled administration of oral medications comprising an effective daily dose of baclofen or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt for use, by oral administration once a day, to human patients suffering from signs and symptoms of spasticity, in Spasticity treatment, where patients experience a reduced level of sedation in relation to conventional baclofen therapy administered as immediate-release tablets in the same total daily dosage 3 times a day.
