System and method for the pre-treatment of rubber-modified asphalt concrete, and its emulsions

A method for preparing an asphalt concrete emulsion, comprising: a) preparing a pretreatment mixture comprising: i) 90-99.9% by weight of a rubber modified asphalt concrete, in relation to the total weight of the mixture of pretreatment; and ii) 0.1-10% by weight of an emulsifier composition comprising a diamine compound; in relation to the total weight of the pretreatment mixture; and b) mixing the pretreatment mixture with an emulsification suspension comprising: water and clay.
