The present invention provides tools and methods for use in genetic testsinvolving high performant sequencingtechniques. More particularly, the invention provides a robust multiplex PCRmethod wherein the respective primers for amplifyingthe different amplicons are physically isolated from one another. Theinvention further provides quality control methodsallowing a stringent monitoring of genetic tests carried out according to thepresent invention.
