The invention relates to a solid oral pharmaceutical composition combiningketorolacand B-complex consisting of inter alia thiamin, pyridoxine and cyanocobalamin(vitamins B1, B6and B12 respectively) and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, aswell aspharmaceutically acceptable excipients and/or vehicles. The invention alsorelates to themethod for producing the composition and to the use of said composition havinga synergistictherapeutic activity, indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe painor neuralgias indifferent locations.
