The present invention provides a method forenhancing the immunogenicity using a microneedle devicecapable of enhancing the immunogenicity of an influenzavaccine. According to the method for enhancing theimmunogenicity using the present microneedle device, amicroneedle device having microneedles made of polylacticacid, coated with an influenza vaccine composed of anantigen having type A strain (H1N1), type A strain (H3N2),and type B strain as active ingredients is brought intodirect contact with the skin so as to transcutaneouslyadminister the aforementioned influenza vaccine. Afterthe transcutaneous administration, lauryl alcohol isapplied to the site of the skin where the microneedledevice has been brought into direct contact.
