Novel derivatives of enfumafungin are disclosed herein, along with theirpharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and prodrugs. Also disclosed arecompositionscomprising such compounds, methods of preparing such compounds and methods ofusing suchcompounds as inhibitors of (1,3)-.beta.-D-glucan synthase.
