The present invention relates to novel co-crystals of agomelatine or N- [2- (7-methoxy-1-naphthyl) ethyl] acetamide of formula (I): (see formula I) their preparation process as well as the pharmaceutical compositions which contain them. The co-crystals and pharmaceutical compositions may be useful in the treatment of disorders of the melantoninergic system.
