A solar liquid-heating-and-cooling system includes: ahot-liquid storage-tank; a hot-liquid manifold-tank; a coaxialheating-and-cooling-tube that connects downward from the hot-liquidstorage-tank to the hot-liquid manifold-tank; a double layerheating-and-cooling collector-array-panel located beneath the hot-liquidmanifold-tank, the panel including, connected to the hot-liquidmanifold-tank; a an upper layer of glazed heating-tubes; and a lower layer ofunglazed cooling-tubes; parabolic-trough mirror reflectors that arelocated between the upper and lower layers of tubes; a cold-liquidmanifold-tank located below the panel connected to lower ends both of theglazed heating-tubes and of the unglazed cooling-tubes; a cold liquidstorage tank; and a coaxial heating-and-cooling-tube that connectsdownward from the cold-liquid manifold-tank to the cold liquid storagetank.
