The present invention combines a high ratio of superfood grains and seeds to avery lowratio of superfood or any type of flour (s) with 80%-120% hydration ratio.This compositionwhen combined with the hydration ratio along with a spreadable bakingtechnique ensure aflakey and crispy cracker similar to a cracker with leavening agents and orfat added. Thecomposition and hydration ratio ensure no type of biological, chemical,mechanical or otherleavening and no type of fat are added to the cracker, yielding a highnutrient cracker thatkeeps longer and tastes fresher and cleaner than other crackers. The presentinventioncomposition and technique ensures the distinct appearance of the cracker,showing everytype of superfood used in the mix.
