A system for streamlining the workflow involved in pre-qualification andselection frommultiple vendors of a consumer mortgage product. A database of mortgageproductrecords is assembled and customer information is gathered, including thecriteria todetermine suitability and qualification of a customer for one or more mortgageproducts.Data entry and image upload in a workflow website system for back-officeprocessing.The completed mortgage documents are provided from the workflow website systemforexecution by the parties. The mortgage process is handled electronically frontto back,for both the customer and the mortgage broker, representing a significantenhancementover the present art.
