Computer-implemented systems and methods are provided for automated taskscheduling and management. In some embodiments, a system for automated taskscheduling may comprise at least one processor configured to receive a requestwithinformation for a task to be performed by a respondent. The one or moreprocessorsmay retrieve employee information and, based on one or more attributes in theemployee information and one or more attributes in the task information,identify oneor more employees to complete the task. The one or more processors may assignthetask to the identified employee(s), and monitor a status of the task based onperiodicinputs from the employee.
