Disclosed are an online payment system and an online payment system-basedsocial networkingplatform construction method, belonging to the technical field of Internetpayment. The onlinepayment system comprises a first bank server providing a paying party bankaccount, a second bankserver providing a receiving party bank account, and an online paymentplatform. The onlinepayment system-based social networking platform construction method comprisesthe followingsteps: S1) a payment transaction record is generated according to a completedpayment transaction;S2) user information including paying party basic information and receivingparty basic informationis extracted from the payment transaction record, and a social networkingplatform used forinformation exchange and sharing between different users is constructed on thebasis of the userinformation. The online payment system of the present invention supports anonline rapid paymentfunction.
