Provided is a thermal insulation film for a window, the film being for disposal on the inside of a window, wherein the thermal insulation film for a window includes at least a supporting body, and a fibrous conductive particle-containing layer disposed over the supporting body; the fibrous conductive particle-containing layer is disposed on a surface of the support body opposite to the surface facing the window; and the thermal insulation film for a window contains a near-infrared blocking material. The thermal insulation film for a window has a low manufacturing cost, can be easily made to have a larger area, and has excellent transparency to visible light, near-infrared light shielding properties, thermal insulation properties, and light resistance properties. Also provided are a thermal insulation glass for a window, a construction material, a window, a building, and a vehicle.
