The present invention relates to a porous silicon-carbon composite, a preparation method therefor, and an anode and a lithium secondary battery including the same, the composite comprising: a core including a plurality of active particles, conductive materials formed on at least a part of the surfaces of the active particles, a first pore, and a second pore; and a first shell layer coated on the core and including graphene, wherein the active particles include a plurality of silicon particles, silicon oxide particles, or a combination thereof, the first pore is inside the core and is formed by the cohesion among the plurality of active particles, and the second pore is irregularly dispersed inside the core, has an average diameter smaller than the average diameter of the active particles, and has a globular shape.
