The present invention relates to a discharge starting voltage and holding current supply unit, and a skin treatment multi-wavelength laser device including the same. The discharge starting voltage and holding current supply unit according to the present invention provides: a switch driving unit for controlling the turning on/off of a switching element; a booster transformer for boosting a switching voltage supplied according to the turning on/off of the switching element; a rectification unit for rectifying a secondary voltage of the booster transformer; a discharge starting voltage generation unit for generating a discharge starting voltage from a rectification voltage of the rectification unit; and a holding current generation unit for generating the holding current from the rectification voltage of the rectification unit.
