The disc brushes (42) scrub the front and back surfaces of the slip sheet (11) to scrape off foreign matter (45) adhering to the front and back surfaces, and the suction device (44) suctions up the scraped off foreign matter (45) to remove the same from the slip sheet (11). Further, after cleaning by removal of the foreign matter (45), the slip sheet (11) is wound on the slip sheet winding device (48).
