Disclosed are a core board of a frame-type solid wood floor provided with telescopic vent holes and the frame-type solid wood floor. The core board of the frame-type solid wood floor comprises a spliced core material (1), an edging (2) joggle-joined therewith, a row of telescopic vent holes (3) through the spliced core material (1) being opened laterally in the spliced core material (1), wherein the telescopic vent holes (3) are parallel to the board surface, the spliced core material (1) is joggle-joined with the edging (2), a gap exists between a tenon end (1a) and a mortise bottom at the joggle-joined part, the gap forms an air passage (6) along the length direction of the edging (2), and the lateral telescopic vent holes (3) communicate with the longitude air passage (6). The spliced core material and the solid wood floor are moisture resistant, heat resistant, can vent air by themselves, and have a high stability.
