CHITIN SYNTHASE GENE CHS3B OF FUSARIUM AND USES THEREOF

A chitin synthase gene Chs3b of a fusarium, a nucleotide sequence of which is represented by SEQ ID NO:1, and a coded amino acid sequence of which is represented by SEQ ID NO:2. For five different gene segments (named as Chs3b-1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) of the Chs3b gene, five different RNAi carriers are constructed and are used to convert the fusarium, and it is found that the growth, development and pathogenicity of the fusarium are obviously constrained. By expressing RNAi carriers for a Chs3b gene in a plant, the invasion of a fusarium can be constrained, and scab resistance capabilities of a transgenic plant can be improved.
