The present invention relates to an optical characteristic measurement system using an interrogation optical fiber, the optical characteristic measurement system comprising: a light source unit for emitting an input light of a specific wavelength; a sensing unit for generating a signal light by a sensor affecting an optical characteristic according to external environmental conditions; and a measurement unit for deriving a changed physical quantity through the signal light transferred through the sensing unit, wherein the measurement unit comprises: a photocoupler for distributing the signal light to two optical paths; and an interrogation optical fiber arranged on one path through which the signal light moves, and the interrogation optical fiber linearly exhibits optical absorption in an area of a specific wavelength, derives a wavelength of the signal light moving in the sensing unit through an optical intensity measurement of the signal light, and finally, derives a physical quantity applied from the outside.
