A temporary supporting and permanent supporting parallel operation excavating technology for a crawler-type hydraulic combination bracket and the equipment using same. The technology divides an excavating working face into a temporary supporting area (4) and a permanent supporting area (5); excavator operating area is the temporary supporting area and the permanent supporting area is arranged behind the temporary supporting area; the temporary supporting area is temporarily supported by front supporting and back returning technology for the crawler-type hydraulic combined bracket; the operation of permanent supporting and the operation of excavator (1) cutting are performed simultaneously. The technological equipment comprises two parts: a crawler-type front supporting and back returning temporary supporting hydraulic combination bracket and a moving device (2).
